Grief is the normal and natural reaction to any kind of loss, and there are over 40 different losses that we can potentially experience.

Grief is more than just death…
Whenever we experience a change in something that is familiar, grief can occur.
The death of a loved one or friend… how do you heal from it?
The end of a marriage through divorce… you thought it was meant to last forever.
The end of a romantic relationship… things were so promising, and then it just ended.
